  • In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error, parents must notify us within 7 working days of the transaction date.
  • Verified excess payments will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

5. Mode of Refund

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.
